Candidate Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with 5+ years under your belt, having worked in agencies or providing solutions to multiple clients.
  • Ability to delegate tasks to team members to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborative spirit to work with team members to create and execute digital marketing strategies.
  • Superior communication and relationship building skills with staff and clients.
  • Exceptional data analysis and research skills to derive business insights from marketing data.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Content creation expertise.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Awareness of online marketing channels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Successfully onboarding new clients into our agency.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop highly effective B2B marketing strategies that meet client objectives and demonstrate ROI.
  • Delegating project and campaign tasks to our team and managing the build process.
  • Managing client relationships via email, phone, and in person.
  • Analyzing client performance, reporting on results, and revising strategies accordingly.
  • Creating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensuring the work that goes out meets the highest standards.
  • Building online relationships with client target audiences.
  • Engaging and moderating social media communities in conjunction with client sales teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital marketing, design, and applications.

Key Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload to hit deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality creative outcomes.
