About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and ROI focussed Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The role is a hands-on digital marketing role spanning activities across all available digital marketing tactics, as they evolve.

As a part of a small team, you will be involved in a full range of digital marketing activities. You also will contribute to strategic marketing initiatives for our clients. This is a fast-paced and varied digital marketing role, carrying out a broad range of digital marketing activities for our clients, large and small, and for our own technology solutions.

Duties:

- Assisting in proposal writing to design and execute new digital marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
- Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across appropriate platforms
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement
- Exploring new digital marketing technologies, tools and platforms for their usefulness for our clients
- Collating results into monthly reports for clients
- Assisting in promoting our client's business through digital marketing activities, in order to attract new business

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in digital marketing agency setting
- Tertiary qualification in a digital marketing or related field, or equivalent career experience
- Experience with pay per click advertising and analytics
- Passion for all things digital, core understanding of consumers paths and interaction metrics across digital channels
- Analytical and project management skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational & multitasking abilities

Requirements:
