We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the development and implementation of marketing technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product backlog and roadmap for Adobe Campaign and AJO initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver customer journey initiatives that enhance personalization and engagement.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration and visibility.
  • Evaluate platform capabilities to ensure they support segmentation, targeting, personalization, and reporting, optimizing campaign performance and platform usage.
  • Stay current with Martech trends and Adobe platform updates to drive forward-thinking solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Martech Consultant in a complex data-driven environment, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic or Standard), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), segmentation, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
