Chief Energy Infrastructure Specialist

The Director of Substation Engineering plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of substation projects, from design through construction and commissioning.
- Technical Expertise & Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align substation projects with overall energy infrastructure.
- Team Development & Support: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across departments.
This is a high-level leadership position requiring strong background in electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in substation engineering, including 5 years in a leadership role. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, and a Master's degree is preferred.
