Customer Service Representative

  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to achieve common goals and provide support during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need:

  • Relevant qualification in customer engagement or business administration, combined with experience in a high-volume customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and members of the public.
  • A team player with strong people skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Well-developed computer skills and adaptability in using a variety of computerised systems.
  • Demonstrated sound judgement and decision-making skills.
