Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new customers, build strong relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • You will conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • You will prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management and clients as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in territory sales or field sales ideally in FMCG.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Ambitious, outgoing, and passionate about sales, with a proven ability to build business relationships.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Power Bi.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
