Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive services for consumers from application assessment to successful completion
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and brokers to resolve applications and provide decision outcomes
  • Assess residential home loan applications within established credit risk parameters
  • Manage a portfolio of applications, ensuring seamless collaboration with the Customer Services team
  • Ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in residential credit assessment
  • Delegated Lending Authority
  • Experience assessing complex loans, including bridging loans, commercial loans, trust loans, and company loans
  • Confidence in communicating with customers and brokers
  • Ability to work within policy frameworks and make recommendations for improvement
