Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tugger operation: skilled and experienced in safely and efficiently operating tugger vehicles to transport goods throughout the warehouse.
  • Ability to work across all areas of the warehouse, including picking, packing, and loading goods.
  • Picking and packing of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in meeting customer demands.
  • Conditioned to work with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data to drive improvement in operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time restraints, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sound warehouse and logistics background, with experience in managing warehouse operations.
  • Ability to do manual handling when required, lifting heavy objects and moving equipment as needed.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality, with a proven track record of reliability.
  • Great communication skills, able to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Safety conscious, adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Great time management abilities, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
