About the Job:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to manage and maintain all warehouse operations across multiple locations.
  • You will be responsible for controlling warehouse stock, including inventory management, orders, returns, and rotation.
  • Regular stock takes and analysis of variances are essential in this role.
  • Freight and deliveries to and from our warehouse will also be under your control.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, including quality, volumes, and locations, is crucial.
  • You will collaborate with other teams to ensure excellent service levels for internal customers.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the Warehouse department's performance is also required.
  • Utilizing warehouse management systems to track stock movements is key to success.
  • Leading safety initiatives and implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques to streamline processes is also an important aspect of this role.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing workflow and teams to productivity, safety, and quality standards is essential.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics environment would be beneficial.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, including line management supervision, is necessary.
  • A Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate is required.
  • A Current full Victorian Driver's Licence is also required.
