Business Development Executive

The company seeks a Senior Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide growth initiatives, driving revenue through private hospital accounts and buying groups.

This leadership role focuses on championing strategic partnerships across NSW, ACT, QLD, and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and excellent people leadership skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is essential, combined with proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech or related industries. A seasoned team of Strategic Account Managers will be led by the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion enterprise-wide growth initiatives
  • Drive revenue through private hospital accounts and buying groups
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Build relationships with C-Suite executives
  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers
  • Oversee contract negotiations, offer modeling, and deal execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration to deliver tailored solutions
  • Annual sales planning and performance reviews
  • Represent the business in strategic account reviews
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree qualifications in Business or related fields
  • Proven commercial leadership experience in MedTech or related industries
  • Financial and strategic acumen
  • People leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Excel
  • Ability to travel as required
