Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, plus equity with high growth potential. Our hybrid working model allows you to balance work and personal life effectively.

The Role

You'll be empowered to build fast-paced product experiments, drive complex architecture decisions, and own delivery of practical solutions to real-world problems. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll face exciting technical challenges as we scale and transform into a system serving millions of users.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Depth of knowledge in front-end and back-end coding languages and associated libraries/frameworks.
  • Able to own delivery of complex features, break down requirements, and provide reasonable estimates.
  • Able to articulate effort vs impact tradeoffs, improve others' ability to deliver great work, and demonstrate SafetyCulture values.
