About You:

We seek an experienced Senior Software Architect or Lead Backend Engineer to join our highly technical teams. As a key contributor to our code base and brand new products, you will be technically hands-on, developing and architecting solutions while contributing to their advancement.

Your focus will be on architecture, design, and programming, ensuring high code quality and continuously improving existing processes. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior members of the team and sharing your wealth of knowledge with them.

You will also provide advice for development and architecture queries within the team, serving as a technical leader and expert in your craft.

Our Development Team

Our Senior Engineers are highly technical experts in their specific product or technical area. We operate in a flat, open environment, giving you the freedom and tools to do meaningful, career-defining work.

We practice Test Driven Development and prioritize quality at the core of our engineering practice, shipping upgrades weekly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain critical backend infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and performance.
  • Ensure high-performance database management and backup and restore processes, contributing to web upgrade performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
  • Utilize technologies such as C#, SQL, GoLang, and PowerShell Script for backend enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.
