Elevate Your Career with Onset Group as a Senior Software Architect

Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the development of a world-class search and recommendation platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on search platforms, be proficient in JavaScript technologies including TypeScript, React, and Node.js, and possess knowledge of AI and ML.

You will be responsible for leading the team of 4 engineers, growing the function technically and hands-on, and getting involved in code development.

We offer a competitive salary of $220,000 plus super and a bonus of up to 20%, relocation package, and sponsorship for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge search algorithms using Vector Search and Open Search
  • Lead the design and build of a search and recommendation platform using AI and ML
  • Hands-on involvement in software development, including coding in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Cultivate an engineering culture and foster innovation within the team
