As a Senior Software Architect, you'll be technically hands-on developing and architecting solutions while contributing to the advancement of our code base and brand-new products.

About You

You're an experienced senior engineer who's passionate about building innovative solutions with tangible impact. You thrive on developing and enhancing applications as your focus will be on architecture, design, and programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee critical backend infrastructure components for platform stability and performance.
  • Ensure high-performance database management and backup processes. Contribute to web upgrade performance enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a technical excellence culture.
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.

Rotations Program

You'll experience working in various software development teams through our rotations program, allowing you to 'try before you buy' and find the right team for you.

Developers facilitate design sessions, propose solutions ensuring alignment with architecture goals. Our guiding mantra 'Works Well, At Scale, Forever' underscores our commitment to building durable solutions.

Some key areas include SQL login/user management, application security, application packaging, breaking up monolithic applications, and advanced Microsoft SQL Server topics.
