Customer Service Representative

  • As a key member of our contact centre, you'll be responsible for handling high volumes of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • With a strong focus on building relationships and providing personalized support, you'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and web chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior representatives or managers, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call centre, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage customer interactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
