A **Jobs Advisor** works in the **Workforce Australia Services (WAS) Program, **providing support and coaching to help people obtain sustainable employment. This role is office based at **Somerset** and involves a mix of career coaching, empowerment, and even some tactful tough love when it’s needed. This is a **full-time position** with the added benefit if a **monthly accrued day off** offered as a option**.**

At ETC, we have found that people from the following backgrounds have the best transferrable skills for these roles:
- retail
- call centre operations,
- hospitality
- customer service
- administration backgrounds
**No experience is required for this role, however there are some things that are required**:
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- Strong administration skills
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current Working with Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to travel between different ETC sites
