Technical Support Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role within our technical support team, responsible for providing level 2 and 3 technical assistance to users across various systems and devices.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, and resolving connectivity problems.
  • Manage setups and relocations, including project planning, equipment ordering, and on-site installation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless system operation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including setup and maintenance processes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in IT level 2 or 3 support for a medium to large organization.
  • A valid driver's license for interstate and international travel.
  • Prior retail experience and strong customer focus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Retail Directions or Surefire is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
