Deloitte Oracle Retail Consultant Job Description

As a Deloitte Oracle Retail Consultant, you will be part of the design and implementation of Oracle Retail solutions. Your role involves ensuring that these systems meet the needs of modern retail organizations by aligning with business objectives while delivering robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Oracle Retail modules, including RMS, ReSA, and ReIM, to support merchandising, financial auditing, and invoicing processes.
  • Develop technical specifications for solution design and development, using Oracle Retail applications.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural blueprints.
  • Architect and oversee the integration of Oracle Retail solutions with other enterprise systems.
  • Provide strategic direction on customization of Oracle Retail applications to meet specific client business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Retail suite, strong understanding of Oracle database, PL/SQL, and Java, experience in integration technologies, and familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or similar ERP systems.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Oracle Retail solutions, with some experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Sales Audit (ReSA), and Invoice Matching (ReIM). Proven experience in large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, migrations, and integrations is preferred.
