Job Title: Project Management

 

As a project manager, you will oversee and manage pool builds from start to finish. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of pool construction, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Utilize high-level communication and people management skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Supervise and oversee construction activities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Handle cost management and payment collections efficiently.

 

Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in supervision and management.
  • Integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • High organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
