Job Title: National Events Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated National Events Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events, marketing and communications activities, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning and execution, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Coordinate events as a sponsor organisation, including booth setup, branding, and participation.
  • Organise education seminars and webinars to assist members plan and understand retirement options.
  • Maintain the national events calendar, ensuring upcoming events are promoted on our website, and conduct post-event reporting.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and engage with members.
  • Manage display and merchandise stock and distribution for events.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of database management and report development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
