Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute online student engagement events, including information sessions and masterclasses, that underpin national recruitment activity.
  • Support the broader Marketing and Events Officer network nationally in support of campus-based activity including planning and implementation of open days, information sessions, workshops, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key events, including school career days/expos, education career expos, industry events, local sponsorship events, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of events.
  • Create event schedules, manage budgets, and track event attendance and outcomes against targets and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in an educational or youth-oriented setting.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on lead generation and brand promotion.
