We operate with a strong focus on customer experience, and our Store Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional results. As a Lead Homeware Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of homeware operations, providing expert advice, and leading by example to drive outstanding financial performance.

This role requires flexibility to travel across different store locations within Sydney to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies. We prioritize a minimum of two team members during shifts to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced/high volume retail environment, a passion for homewares, and a vested interest in Bed Bath N' Table. You will also have a strong drive to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPIs, as well as excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

As a Lead Homeware Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing homeware operations, including visual merchandising and product knowledge
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to team members
  • Leading by example to drive outstanding financial performance
  • Traveling across different store locations within Sydney to cover periods of annual and long service leave
