About this role
  • As a Technical Sales Representative, you will develop and manage your territory by working closely with channel partners and product installers to promote and recommend our solutions.
  • Maintain a strong brand and business presence through effective communication and call cycles with channel partners and electrical contractors.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with support functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Gain valuable insights into customer behavior through CRM and develop and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager to drive sales strategy and achieve results-driven goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote products and services across various forums to drive product and brand conversion.
  2. Develop and nurture new and existing customers to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  3. Establish and maintain a strong brand and business presence through regular communication and call cycles with channel partners and electrical contractors.
  4. Continuously identify areas for improvement and work with support functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  5. Maintain valuable customer insights through CRM and develop and manage the sales pipeline.
  6. Drive sales strategy and achieve results-driven goals through collaboration with the Country Sales Manager.
  7. Be a technical product and solution expert - previous experience in the electrical industry is an advantage.
  8. Develop strong product training and presentation skills.
  9. Utilize problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.
  10. Work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  11. Previous experience in the electrical or technology industry is highly valued.
