About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled JDE HR Payroll Consultant to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions and services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with existing BAU resources to resolve existing issues
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to understand functional requirements
  • Design, develop, test, and release features in an Agile Product Model
  • Develop and maintain products and solutions, including identifying gaps and mitigation approaches
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand the wider ecosystem
  • Ensure solutions align with the product roadmap and feature requirements
  • Support service delivery and lifecycle management
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in JDE Packages
  • At least 5+ years of exposure to HR, Benefits, and Payroll processes in NZ
  • NZ Payroll and wage calculation understanding and experience
  • Hands-on experience with life cycle implementation of JDE HR, Payroll, Vertex, EDI, and interfaces
  • Good knowledge of Month end and year end processing
  • Understanding of Salary slip processing for NZ region
  • Strong SQL knowledge for data reporting and analysis
  • Application Integration Development, Maintenance, and Support services
  • Experience with Application maintenance ITIL processes
  • Knowledge of Agile development
