We are seeking a Landscape Gardener to work with us in South Australia.

Job Role:
  • Design and install landscapes, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls
  • Maintain landscapes through pruning, fertilizing, watering, and pest control
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other power tools
  • Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage and train a team of gardeners to ensure quality and efficiency in daily operations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional landscape design and maintenance services
  • Develop and implement effective gardening strategies
  • Supervise and manage a team of gardeners
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and tools
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in landscape design and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions
