- Develop and lead strategic and operational plans to anticipate and establish priorities and monitor delivery of the overall work program.

- Support a constructive environment that allows flexibility to innovate, experiment and create new opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver professional advice and services to support key strategic initiatives and wider operations and projects.
- Ensure the agency's program advice and actions are compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
- Develop and deliver robust frameworks to support our services and initiatives.
- Build, maintain and influence effective strategic partnerships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Support budgets, procurement, risk and quality assurance planning processes using the appropriate frameworks.
