The Role

Reporting directly to the chief executive officer, the executive assistant provides administrative support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the chief executive officer's schedule is followed and respected
  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the chief executive officer's office and internal departments
  • Working closely with the chief executive officer to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
  • Managing a variety of special projects for the chief executive officer, some of which may have organisational impact

  • Proven success in leading or supporting cross-functional business-wide projects
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
