Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
- Assist with stock control and management, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with new product developments and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
