Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in finding the products they need, and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a high level of cash handling and inventory management skills.
- Contribute to department budgets and overall store targets by identifying opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock control activities to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, and follow up on customer inquiries and special orders.
- Stay up-to-date with new product developments and maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
