Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting quality control tests, and analyzing asphalt samples.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform quality control tests on asphalt samples to verify compliance with industry standards
  • Analyze data and interpret results to inform decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of laboratory reports to communicate findings to stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including spectrometers and other specialized tools
  • Experience in quality control procedures and standards, including ISO 9001 and related regulations
  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with asphalt laboratory techniques and technical knowledge of laboratory operations
  • Relevant certifications or training in laboratory techniques, such as HSE and environmental management
