Job Role: Asphalt Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Asphalt Manufacturing team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the packaging of asphalt products, loading of trucks, deliveries, record-keeping, on-site quality assurance, and loader and forklift operations.

  • Ensuring safe operational procedures of traffic management and implementing site safety protocols.">
  • Loading of trucks with Loader and delivery trucks with Forklift.">
  • Packaging of Asphalt products, ability to lift 20kg frequently and incorporate safe manual handling techniques.">
  • The safe and efficient operation of Asphalt packaging plant.">
  • Day-to-day administration of the Plant including prestarts, daily operator summary log, and stock on hand count.">
  • Work closely with the dispatch team and allocations.">
  • General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front-end loader and forklift.">

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Asphalt industry or warehousing and possess a strong commitment to safety and the environment, as well as a superior customer focus. A FEL ticket is desirable, and other relevant tickets such as Skid steer, EWP, Confined Space, Strong organisational skills, and physical lifting of 20kg will also be considered.
