About the Role

We're establishing a state-of-the-art lending platform and building a suite of related credit products, including customer-facing credit cards.

The Cards team is revolutionizing the way businesses issue credit cards and manage expenses for their employees, solving complex challenges around data and feature complexity in credit cards and expenses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams across the organization to manage a full-stack product-focused team.
  • Manage both people and technical responsibilities, ensuring the overall health of the Engineering Team.
  • Lead the development of distributed systems that manage millions of transactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on low-latency, distributed systems.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and executive engagement skills.
