The Role

We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with our technologists and business teams to source and hire top talent across our organization. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll work closely with managers to identify and source qualified candidates, develop sourcing pipelines, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business Operations managers and recruiters to drive the development of sourcing pipelines for high-impact roles
  • Be a strategic partner for our business and a subject matter expert on recruiting and hiring processes, as well as market, industry, and candidate trends
  • Build your network and develop relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with Susquehanna Growth Equity
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
  • Measure success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and make recommendations for change based on your findings
  • Develop relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness
  • Work with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high-caliber candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting technical, business, and/or operations roles is a must
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously
  • Demonstrated recruiting experience, including sourcing, developing candidate relationships, and interviewing, required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships is key to success in this role
