Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across Employee Relations, Employment Law, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to influence people strategy, drive performance, deliver workshops and induction training, and manage ER cases.

  • About the Role:

This is a hands-on, operational HR role where you will partner with the Head of HR ANZ to deliver business-critical HR initiatives. You will play a key role in building a high-performance culture across an employee portfolio of circa 250 in contact centre operations and the client services department.

  • Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally from a corporate, white-collar background.
  • Experience in all aspects of HR, including employee relations, performance management, and training delivery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid experience using HRIS systems.
