About the Role

This is a 12-month maximum-term contract position for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner.

  • You will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders to provide expert HR advice, drive initiatives and support employee development across various services.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering human resources strategies by leading talent management, employee development, engagement, organisational design, and coaching initiatives.
  • You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring optimal implementation of HR solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Partnering with senior management to build and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives, driving improvements in talent management, retention, and engagement.
  • Advisory & Support: Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Reporting on and analysing HR data to inform business decisions.
  • Performance Management: Supporting managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives and implementing improvement plans.
  • Talent Development: Driving succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong workforce.
Requirements:
  • Education: A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in senior HR roles with a focus on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
  • Influencing skills: Proven ability to influence at a senior level, demonstrating professionalism and alignment to company values.
