As Maintenance Execution Lead, you will oversee the planning and execution of major maintenance programs, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with maintenance planning to optimize work programs and minimize conflicts
- Driving Santos values and ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Ensuring all site activities comply with SA safety regulations and company policies
- Monitoring and managing contractor time allocation and productivity
- Acting as primary contact for project maintenance and shutdowns
- Overseeing quality control processes and ensuring work meets standards
- Managing contractors and ensuring contract terms are met
- Identifying and mitigating risks across the works program
- Providing regular updates on execution progress to senior management
With experience in oil & gas, mining, construction, or equivalent heavy industry, you possess a deep understanding of maintenance and project management principles.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, where you will be responsible for leading shutdowns in heavy industry.
SAP proficiency for maintenance functions is also required.
The successful candidate will have experience working in both Australian and international contexts, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
