What You'll Do

As the Maintenance Execution Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Major Maintenance Program, Projects and Major Shutdowns across the Moomba MHF facility. You will serve as the central point of contact for all contractors and interface between Maintenance, Process, Planning, and Shutdowns.

This is a FIFO role from Adelaide or Brisbane with a 2 and 2 roster.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  • Collaborate with maintenance planning to optimize work programs and reduce conflicts.
  • Drive Santos values and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with SA safety regulations and Santos policies.
  • Monitor and manage contractor time allocation and productivity.
  • Act as the primary contact for project maintenance and shutdowns.
  • Oversee quality control processes and ensure work meets standards.
  • Manage contractors and ensure contract terms are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across the works program.
  • Provide regular updates on execution progress to senior management.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in oil & gas, mining, construction, or equivalent heavy industry.
  • Significant experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Deep understanding of maintenance and project management.
  • Experience leading shutdowns in heavy industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP for maintenance functions.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in both Australian and international contexts.
