We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated care provider to support our residents in living their best lives.

The Core of the Role
  • Deliver person-centered care, prioritizing residents' needs, preferences, and dignity.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Coordinate admissions, respond to queries, and assist with concerns from residents and their family members.
  • Advise new residents on available services and ensure delivery.

What will you bring?

  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • A passion and energy for world-class care
  • Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
