Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting new residents with settling into their new home and transitioning into an aged care setting
• Coordinating admissions and responding to queries and concerns from residents and their families
• Advising new residents on additional services available and ensuring these are delivered
• Completing meal service with new residents as part of their settling-in process
