**Job Title:** Student Complex Case Manager**About the Role:

A leading institution is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a vital position in student support services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex cases, providing compassionate and trauma-informed care to students facing challenges that impact their well-being and academic journey.

The successful applicant will work closely with various university departments to coordinate case management, ensuring effective governance and oversight in accordance with policy, regulatory standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities will include chairing critical response groups, leading complex case management from resolution to closure, monitoring and analyzing data to drive service improvements, and providing expert advice on systemic risks and emerging trends.

In addition, the successful applicant will undertake comprehensive risk and needs assessments, coordinate responses to critical incidents, and design educational campaigns and training programs to promote prevention, awareness, and effective responses to student harm.

**Key Qualifications:** A postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

**Desirable Skills:** Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice, duty of care, and legislation and policies relevant to the higher education context, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills, project management expertise, and experience engaging with diverse stakeholders.
