Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of key strategies, policies and procedures to enable effective regulation and enforcement.
  • Provide high level leadership and build a high performing team with the appropriate capabilities and skill sets.
  • Exercising complex professional judgement in Enforcement matters.
  • Represent in external forums and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in regulatory compliance, investigations, or enforcement and civil litigation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, finance, justice or similar fields.

This role requires an Australian citizen and will need to undergo pre-engagement checks and obtain ongoing Baseline Security Clearance.
