About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at North Melbourne. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring, mentoring, and leading a diverse team of individuals who share your passion for pets and dedication to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experiences, going the extra mile to ensure each customer finds the perfect solutions for their beloved pets.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, from inventory management and merchandising to ensuring a tidy and inviting store environment.

Requirements
