Market Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Market Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing market initiatives and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute category solutions that deliver value to our clients across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead the implementation of saving initiatives for these markets, work closely with global CM teams, and coordinate communication with suppliers. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to the Category Manager and flag any critical delays or risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement market initiatives and drive business growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute category solutions that deliver value to our clients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Lead the implementation of saving initiatives for these markets.
  • Work closely with global CM teams to finalize category initiatives for local proposals.
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers, including local, regional, and global suppliers.
  • Provide regular updates to the Category Manager and flag any critical delays or risks.
Requirements:

  • Flexibility and proactivity.
  • Experience working within similar systems and knowledge of restaurant operations would be preferable.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
