Global Advisory and Markets Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

The Global Advisory and Markets team is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to support the smooth execution of operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate trade allocation, matching, and confirmation, as well as managing settlements.

  • Trade allocation, matching, and confirmation including pre-matching and inventory management
  • Settlements management including fail investigations
  • Market change assessments and impact presentations
  • Opportunity identification for settlement efficiency improvements
  • Regulatory understanding and compliance
  • Exception analysis and resolution
  • Risk evaluation and escalation
  • Strategic and tactical project participation
  • Business query response and internal client support

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate trade processing

• Effective settlement management

• Proactive market monitoring and assessment

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment

• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential

Requirements:

• General knowledge of cash equity/fixed income/Derivative products

• Strong technical/analytics/problem-solving skills

• Time management and ability to multi-task

• Self-motivated, driven, and strong team player
