Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the efficient execution and administration of promotional activities, working closely with various internal teams to ensure seamless operation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promotional Campaign Management: Setup, administer, and manage standard monthly promotions, as well as coordinate with the Billing team to maintain accurate records.
  • Cross-functional Campaign Coordination: Facilitate the execution of promotional experiments and campaigns by collaborating with Customer Engagement, Creative, CRO, Billing, CX, and Legal teams.
  • Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks for pre-live and live promotions to ensure accuracy and functionality, and support Customer Experience by providing promotional details and assisting with issue resolution.
  • System & Process Optimization: Manage third-party voucher providers, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and implement changes for greater efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor degree in a related field
  • More than 2 years of marketing experience (or related field)
  • Experience with campaign briefing, project management tools, and Google Suite
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proactive approach to tasks, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
