About the Role
  • Lead the growth of innovative research ventures with lasting impact
  • Develop and support RMIT's pipeline of commercialization opportunities
  • Mentor and guide initiatives from early-stage identification through to pre-seed stage and beyond
  • Provide strategic investment advice and manage investment governance processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in science, technology, and/or business with experience in commercializing university research
  • Experience managing and curating a technology pipeline
  • Ability to work across various technology options with proven mentoring and communication expertise
  • Demonstrated risk management experience in establishing commercial initiatives
  • Proven ability to collaborate and deliver results in complex organizations
