Clinical Nurse Specialist - Mental Health Paediatric Unit

">Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Paediatric Unit at the North West Regional Hospital. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior staff to ensure efficient and effective provision of care during their shift, based on best practice principles within a multidisciplinary framework.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be part of a team delivering person-centred, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed care, aligned with national standards, policies, legal requirements, and professional competencies.

This is a permanent, full-time, day shift position, working 76 hours per fortnight, starting as soon as possible. Hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Working with Children Registration.

Desirable criteria include:

  • Holding or working towards relevant postgraduate qualifications.
  • Previous leadership experience.

Salary: $106,570 - $112,440 per annum, plus a 12% superannuation contribution.
