Job Role

A Provisional Psychologist opportunity is available to provide holistic support in restoring an individual's highest level of functional performance. The role involves completing return to work case management for injured workers, conducting assessments and delivering vocational counselling.

This position requires collaboration with individuals, employers, medical and other allied health professionals to address critical physical, psychological, social, environmental and organisational risk factors.

  • Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme
  • Provide strategies to restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments
  • Deliver Vocational Counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training and upskilling
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess professional registration with AHPRA as a Provisional Psychologist (currently undertaking a 4+2 or 5+1 internship pathway) or a Registered Psychologist, along with a relevant psychology qualification.

  • Relevant psychology qualification
  • Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
