Job Title
Transformation Consultant

A highly skilled Transformation Consultant is required to lead the implementation of new operating models and delivery methods. This role will involve advising clients on Agile, DevSecOps, Cloud, and other cutting-edge technologies. As a seasoned expert, you will provide consultative leadership input to help clients develop long-term Cloud strategies. Key responsibilities include defining Cloud strategy and adoption roadmaps, solutioning for DevSecOps, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Lead global teams and manage their work.
  • Migrate client organizations from projects to products and platform organization.
  • Establish distributed Agile practices while ensuring effective 100% remote working of teams.
  • Attract, hire, retain, inspire, and manage new-age talent.
  • Promote team members' and your own delivery successes through white papers and thought leadership articles.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of advising clients and implementing new operating models.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas.
  • Ability to articulate the value of DevSecOps technology approaches.
  • Deep knowledge of today's technology and engineering disruptors.
  • Experience working with senior management through top-tier consulting firms.
