The Financial Asset Specialist role is a crucial position within the organization, playing a key part in the management of accounting processes for fixed asset transactions and events. Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of financial administration including reconciliations, journals, and reviews of fixed asset transactions.
- Process high-level financial tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Operate relevant software systems (Computron, Magiq, and Assetic/Brightly) and Microsoft Office, showcasing expertise in intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- A degree or diploma in Accounting (CPA or CA or working towards is well regarded).
- Relevant work experience in financial administration.
- Sound knowledge of asset accounting procedures and best practices.
- Strong computer literacy and technical skills.
